All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-10 business days to prepare your order before shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. 


International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive. ADORE does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.
ADORE isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by  USPS/ UPS.
ADORE does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
ADORE is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package does not successfully deliver and it’s sent back to ADORE you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/ refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
We offer refunds only no exchanges. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees. 
Our return policy last 48hrs. Once you receive you order, you have 48 hrs to decided if you would like to keep it or return it for any reason. Items must be mailed back within 48hrs.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Curly hair cannot be picked through if you plan to return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, than your refund will be processed.
