 CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?
Yes. Our hair is 100% unprocessed and it can be dyed and bleached to any color you desire. However when coloring your hair make sure you consult with a professional.
DOES ADORE HER HAIR EXTENSIONS REQUIRE MAINTENANCE?
Absolutely, you would treat your extensions like your own hair. Make sure to use good quality shampoo and conditioner products, Mainly clean shampoo and conditioner with natural ingredients. Also make sure your shampoo and conditioner are free of sulfate, alcohol, silicone, and parabens. Lastly avoid shampoos that contain too much oil or protein.
Shampooing and conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend deep conditioning your hair once a week or bi-weekly, Also avoid using oil or heavy styling products.

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?
With good maintenance our RAW hair can last a lifetime, we put no expiration date on our RAW hair. Please treat hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of it’s natural pattern of the hair.  
DOES THIS HAIR SHED?
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Also if you cut your tracks you may experience shedding due to the fact the weft is now broken and strands are easier to slide out. If this happens seal the wefts to prevent hair from shedding. 

 To prevent any and all shedding we recommend that your stylist upon the installation, stitch and knot AROUND the weft and not through the weft of the tracks.( if a sew in install is being done). This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.
It is also normal to get a few strands here and there when detangling your hair.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
 
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-10 business days to prepare your order before shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. 

ORDERS ARE NOT POSSESSED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive. Bundles Of Love do not cover any tariffs or custom fees.
CAN I MODIFY OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted.
MY ITEM GOT LOST/STOLEN HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

ADORE’S LUXURY HAIR EXTENSIONS isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by  USPS/ UPS.
